Tough to see my Canadian friend grant go back home, but in 3 years we have created some significant lifestyle changes, efficiency in day to day motor patterns and some biceps along the way 👊.
A few words from grant …😎
👉Almost 3 years ago, I walked into the gym feeling burnt out, lacking energy and desperately out of shape. Taylor created a custom program to get me started slowly and progressed over time. We had some good laughs along the way, and Taylor is never short of good story to tell while he is ensuring that you don’t cheat on your form and you get the most out of your workout!
💪The difference between that first day and now is unbelievable…. I have more energy, feel and look better and mentally I feel better as well. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health, regardless of their fitness level!
