Hey fit fam,
Unfortunately, the time has come for Train Tuff to close our doors. With one more week of online classes I wanted to share some memories from the past 4 years. We’ve had some awesome times, done some crazy stuff and I’ve loved every minute of it.
I’ll miss you guys like crazy!!
I’ll still be doing some one-on-one mobile PTs and have a couple of early morning spots available.

Jog, Lunge, Sprint - EASTER CHALLENGE!
I have a challenge for you all for the long weekend.
Head to your local park. Complete one jogging lap of the oval, slow walking lunges to the centre, then sprint back to the edge, and repeat.
Your challenge is - How many sets can you complete?

We're moving completely online as of Monday! (No bootcamps)
All of our workouts will be conducted via Zoom where I can still coach you and give you options when needed.
Links to the workouts are accessed via subscription in our new Facebook group. I'm super excited about this and can't wait to see you all online! I'm also hiring out some weights from the gym... first in best dressed!
