This is how you change lives and the world

“This kid dialed 911 telling the dispatcher he was running away from home after an argument with his mother. This officer arrived talked to the kid and went into his bedroom which was empty outside of a deflated blowup bed. The young man essentially slept on the floor.

The officer encouraged the boy to stay home. The child’s mother facing a tough financial hardship. The officer left and soon returning with a bed, a television and a game system. The child was elated beyond words. Not all angels wear wings! Thank you officer!!!!” ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Adult Class!!
Tonight’s lesson is back to basics!
Working some front kicks and side kicks and some of the mechanics.
We felt the lesson was perfect to start the week for both classes so we video especially for that this evening.
Please review the latest video and run your highest Kata as we run Fukukata Dai Ich.
