My Yoga classes focus on improving range of movement; strengthening bones and muscles; balancing and breathing. Yoga provides a rare opportunity in our chaotic lives to leave the outside world behind and be at peace, with a focus on our physical, mental and spiritual selves. Yoga is a form of exercise that can be altered according to your needs and abilities, improving not only specific parts of the body, but also the health of the body as a whole. It helps you become more in touch with yourself and your body enabling you to accept who you are and the state you are in, creating a positive approach to life. Yoga also encourages social interaction and develops social support networks. I teach the following classes....

Chakra singing bowl sessions are often described as “balancing the chakras.” In simple terms, this means using sound and vibration to support relaxation, awareness, and a sense of inner alignment.

The bowls are played from root to crown, creating soothing vibrations that many people experience as grounding, opening, or emotionally settling. Rather than anything dramatic, the effect is often a gentle release of tension and a feeling of calm, clarity, or balance.

You don’t need to believe in chakras for it to be beneficial. Many people enjoy these sessions simply as a deeply relaxing sound journey that supports nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Chakra bowls don’t fix you—they create space for your body and mind to rest, rebalance, and self-regulate.

So come along and give it a try.
