Some Appointment times still available for tomorrow - Wednesday 12th of August.

$30 cash only as eftpos will be unavailable.
I’m aiming to bring the machine in every 12 weeks so our members can track their internal progress a little more closely.

Good morning everybody,

I have posted about this before but I need to touch on this small issue again. The unlocked cupboard in the back room is jasmine’s (my) personal storage cupboard for my fitness equipment.
Very regularly (daily) I come in to find the cupboard in a mess and the doors left wide open. For whatever reason you like to use the mirrors inside the cupboard or my equipment in the cupboard which you are more than welcome to use but PLEASE BE respectful and keep it tidy and for the love of god please CLOSE the cupboard doors behind you when you are done.
It is not anyone else’s job to clean up after you. I appreciate your cooperation in keeping the cupboard closed and tidy when not in use. Thankyou 😊
