Benefits of exercising in a small group class.
Some people need the commitment of a scheduled class to exercise, some of us just don’t like exercising alone. Being part of a group means that you don’t have to think about what to do and when you are going to do it.
Other people in the group can inspire you to do that extra rep or to lift a little heavier. Others in the group can help motivate you when you really need the push to keep going. You are less likely to give up in a group class because others are still moving.
It is more budget friendly than personal training but a small group still gives you individual attention when compared to large classes. Also you have a qualified instructor organising the work out rather than trying to figure out on your own what you are going to do.
Make friends that you would not normally meet. Improve your self image as you realise most people don’t fit into a certain mold. Small groups tend to have some really interesting conversations while working out. Some funny, some serious but all of them are interesting.
