Howard Springs Swim School We offer swimming lessons for kids aged 6 months to 14 years. We are situated in Howard Springs, not far from Palmerston and the rest of the rural areas.

Our classes are small so that we can offer instruction and attention tailored to your child's needs.

I have cancelled this mornings Tadpole, Starfish and SuperStarfish classes (Tue 24/3/26).
There wasn't enough sunshine yesterday to make much of an impact on the pool temp. Fingers crosssed for today.

I have cancelled this mornings classes (Mon 23/3/26). I so hope this is the last of this weather and I'm optimistic that we might get some sunshine today. so much so that I have listed the availability for make up classes for this week.

Tadpoles - none at this moment. (if you're a Tue/Wed family and you're not coming this week PLEASE tell me or the system).

Starfish - Tuesday 9.45am & 10.30am & Wednesday 10.30am

Snappers - Monday 4.15pm , Tuesday 11am & Wednesday 9.45am & 11am

Stingrays - Tuesday 11.30am & 3.45am

Sharks - none at this moment. (if you're not coming this week PLEASE tell me or the system).

Mantas - Monday 4.45pm & Tuesday 4.45pm

I have canceled the morning classes for tomorrow, Tuesday 17th of March. With the intermittent sunshine today, the pool temperature is up to 29.5 but is still too chilly for the little ones. I plan to run the afternoon classes.

If the day dawns bright and sunny there's a chance for classes in the afternoon. I will make a decision at lunch time.

I have made the decision to cancel this afternoons classes. Monday 9/3/26.
The pool temp has dropped to 28 and it's pretty wet and miserable. I'm also aware that everyone is pretty busy with the rain and really shouldn't be driving around in it unless is absolutely neccessary.
Stay dry and stay safe.
