This week we had 96 people who ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 2 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests.

Huge congrats to two of our best supporters Richard Goudie & Rachel Hateley on both achieving their 350th event milestones. Thats 1750kms each!!! 👏👏👏

Wimmera River parkrun, Horsham started on 25th August 2018.

Since then 3,930 participants have completed 30,132 parkruns covering a total distance of 150,660 km, including 4,035 new Personal Bests. 😮😮😮

A total of 357 individuals have volunteered 3,708 times. ❤️❤️❤️

Big thanks to everyone who participated and volunteered yesterday!

Special shout out to Simon Mentz and Anthony Schellens who gave volunteering a go for the first time - they loved how easy it was! Congratulations to Sheryle Jennings who volunteered for the 10th time!

Michael Mackley flew under the radar yesterday and celebrated his 100th parkrun. Meanwhile Tony Marchesini was more than happy to celebrate his 50th parkrun and have his photo taken with our brand new milestone shirts!

𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 - 15th June 2019
Event Number #43

We had 53 finishers, with Patrick White being first across the line.

Kelly Miller, Steve Gray, Richard Bansemer, Aaron Janetzki and Katrina Hughan all achieved PBs and we had 2 first timers!

Our legendary volunteers that week were: Candy Muszkieta, Noela Hair, Cody Keddie, Susan Kirkwood, Andrea Marshall, Kevin Bear, Lorraine Armstrong, Megan Hutchinson, Andrew Sostheim and Jackie Exell.

A lovely way to start our long weekend this morning with 109 people running, jogging and walking along the foggy banks of the Wimmera River. We also had 11 first timers join us and 20 Legends recording new Personal Bests. 👏

Congratulations to Wayne STREET on achieving his 100th volunteer milestone. ⭐️
