To ensure you have the best possible chance of achieving your health and fitness goals our experienced Personal Trainers conduct one on one sessions with you every 6 weeks adjusting your program to ensure you're always heading in the right direction. Need a holiday, feeling a bit under the weather or just don't have the time to make it into the gym. Just call us and we can put your membership on hold while you take time to relax, get better or find your motivation. Come along and have a chat with our friendly, professional and welcoming staff.

The gym reopens on Mon 11th Oct 9:30am for fully vaccinated persons ONLY! 🎉🎉

Please email through your vaccination certificate ASAP to [email protected] or display it on entry into premises, otherwise your membership will remain on hold and your key inactive. Masks are not necessary during exercise, but must be worn when bumping in and out of the gym.

Classes resume as of Monday night—please check the timetable for bookings which will be up shortly. NSW Health has also mandated that masks be worn in all indoor group fitness classes. We are aware that classes are as strenuous as any other kind of exercise, and apologise for any inconvenience.

For unvaccinated persons & persons not wanting to participate in classes wearing masks, we will be hosting some of our group fitness classes via Zoom. For Zoom enquiries, call or text Bill on 0419958660. Zoom classes are available for non-members.
