Our girls attended the NSW Team Training this weekend as part of their preparations for Nationals.

We wish them all the very best over the next two weeks and will be behind them every step of the way as they represent both our club and NSW at the Australian National Championships.

From our popular Free Play sessions to our structured KinderGym classes, we are passionate about helping every child learn, grow and thrive through movement and play. ♻️ Cans for Cartwheels has been extended! ♻️

Help us reach our $1,000 fundraising goal to purchase new gymnastics equipment for our club.

Simply collect eligible cans, bottles and cartons, set Hornsby RSL Gymnastics as your payout charity in the Return and Earn app, and recycle as normal. Every container donated helps support our gymnasts while helping the environment.

A huge thank you to our 2026 Country Capital Cup families.

The competition and achievements are always something to be proud of, but what keeps us coming back year after year is the incredible event itself, the atmosphere and team spirit created by our gymnasts, families, and supporters.

Thank you for cheering on not only your own gymnast, but every member of our team. Your encouragement, positivity, and support help make this weekend so special.

A special thank you to our coaches and judges who dedicated their weekend to supporting our gymnasts, and to those wonderful team members who made the trip even though they weren’t competing. Your support, encouragement, and team spirit did not go unnoticed.

Our gorgeous Level 5 girls were the last to take to the competition floor at the Country Capital Cup, competing in Hornsby’s final session of the long weekend.

They performed beautifully, showcasing their hard work, determination and team spirit throughout the competition.

The girls came away with fantastic team results, finishing 1st and 7th overall, along with many outstanding individual placings and achievements.

In the final session of the day, our Level 8 and 9 gymnasts took to the competition floor!

The girls finished off a fantastic day of competition placing 1st overall on the teams event, showing outstanding team spirit, encouragement and support for one another from start to finish.

The girls gave their best effort on every apparatus, finishing the competition with some excellent results and valuable competition experience. Their hard work, perseverance and positive attitudes were on display all session long.

Up next at the Country Capital Cup, our Level 6 and 7 gymnasts took to the competition floor!

The Country Capital Cup atmosphere was incredible, and our gymnasts rose to the occasion with some fantastic performances.

We saw new skills successfully competed, huge personal bests achieved, and plenty of determination, confidence and team spirit on display throughout the day.

The results keep rolling in at the 2026 Country Capital Cup!

Early this morning, our first group of Level 7 gymnasts took to the competition floor, and what a way to start the day!

From the moment they stepped onto the floor, these girls showcased confidence, determination, and outstanding gymnastics. Their incredible performances, positive attitudes, and unwavering team spirit made for a fantastic morning of competition.

We are so proud of each and every gymnast and the hard work that has gone into achieving these results. Congratulations to all of our Level 7 athletes on some outstanding individual performances.

A special congratulations to the team on being crowned City Team Champions, finishing 1st Overall! 🏆✨

Well done, girls — you continue to make us proud!
