We are supporting Beyond Blue who focus on addressing anxiety coping mechanisms and the support available. Anxiety is THE MOST common mental health disorder in our country, so let's do our part to help.

Some of the most effective prevention methods for anxiety include getting outdoors in nature, regular exercise, being a part of a community and having someone to talk to. Our Bootcamp provides so many of these aspects and is doing more than just helping people get fit, we are supporting their mental health more than you might know.

The Workout is approx 1 hour long and consist of 3 separate workout stations: Boxing, Bootcamp Ropes & Mat work. The workout is beginner friendly so don’t worry if you haven't moved in a long time, we what you 💪🏽 then hang out afterward so we can have a coffee, a bite to eat and also say a few words about anxiety prevention and coping mechanisms.

“So my weightless journey started in 2017 when I was at my heaviest at 110kg I was very over weight and thought it was time to do something about it. So i started working out and eating better and got down to about 85kg in 2019. Me and my boyfriend then moved to Australia in Sept 2019 and I just slowly started gaining lot of weight back and got back up to 96kg. I've never had a very good relationship with food and just love food. Then in April of this year I saw an ad on Instagram of the woman's bootcamp and thought I'd give it ago well fast forward to now and I've lost over 21kg and more to go”
