The second half of our adventure has been every bit as breathtaking as the first! Canada is just stunning – from the postcard-perfect mountains of Banff and the turquoise of Lake Louise (with a stay at the iconic Fairmont, of course!) to the winding drive along the Icefields Parkway.
Jasper, beautiful but still recovering the last year’s bushfires. Whistler with gondolas and chairlifts literally going into the clouds! ⛰️☁️
Finally Vancouver, so pretty… we love Canada! 🇨🇦💖 What a journey it’s been – full of breathtaking scenery, beautiful food and people, lots of laughter and adventures!
We are on the trek home, I can’t wait to see you all on Monday. Hope you’ve been keeping up with your exercise while I’ve been away! 😉💪

Halfway through our adventure and what an incredible journey it’s been so far! From the beauty of Butchart Gardens and a seaplane flight in Victoria to the jaw-dropping scenery of Alaska, every stop has been unforgettable (and the photos just don’t do it justice!).
We’ve packed so much in already – salmon spawning, helicopter and dog sledding on a glacier🚁🐶, king crab, bike riding, and sailing through the awe-inspiring Glacier Bay. Seeing the mighty Harvard Glacier calve was simply breathtaking!
Glass-domed trains and, this morning we saw moose, bears, and caribou in the incredible Denali National Park. 🐻🦌….wow!!

Over the past 4 weeks, we’ve lifted, jumped, fuelled, and balanced our way to stronger bones 💪
Here’s what we focused on each week:
• Building strength through resistance training
• Using impact (big or small) to stimulate bone growth
• Choosing foods that support bone health
• Improving balance to help prevent falls and fractures
