BMG Fitness Welcome to BMG Fitness!! My name is Belinda and I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years!! Fitness is my Passion!! Circuit.

My training is tailored for men and women of all ages, including pregnant women and post natal training. Like my page to keep up to date with current programs. BMG Fitness specialises and is accredited in Outdoor Bootcamp, Group Training which includes Boxing, Battle Ropes, Fat Burner. Services also include Metafit (High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT) and Personal Training. I am also a qualified Nutritionist and I can advise you on some of your diet needs.

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas!! BMG Fitness will be having a short break over New Year!! Dance Fit and Pilates will be back starting Monday Jan 12 2026! Active Senior classes start back Tuesday 20th Jan 2026. Also excited for new classes coming in the New Year…. Stay tuned 💃🏼💪💪
