Go with the Flow has a primary focus on self defense with the curriculum comprising from a combination of Karate, Judo and Jujitsu. knife, chains and sticks), moving attacks, ground fighting, and multiple attackers. Techniques, concepts and principles taught are well proven and extremely effective.

On this day, 22nd March 1995, Go with the Flow Self Defence held its very first class at Holsworthy High School, founded by the inspiring Sensei Brian Coman.

30 years on, we're proud to say we're still thriving! Over the years, we've created countless unforgettable memories, competed across NSW, QLD, and even internationally in Orlando, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Our journey has been adorned with success, including producing several Australian and World Champions who’ve graced ESPN in the USA. Here's to many more years of achievements, growth, and incredible memories!

Go With the Flow Self Defence beginner classes are starting soon.

We teach children valuable skills to defend themselves in a variety of situations whilst building their confidence and improving fitness.
