WRESTLING IN PARRAMATTA

Our vision at Apex was clear from day one build complete grapplers.

As the only accredited wrestling gym in the Parramatta area, wrestling isn’t an add on for us. It’s a major part of what we do.

Under Coach Farough, we combine high level wrestling with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to develop more confident, explosive and well-rounded grapplers.

Yesterday was just one step in a much bigger journey.

Congratulations to Isaac, Eisa and G Dog for having the courage to step out there and test themselves. Win, lose or draw, stepping onto the mat and competing is always admirable.

There’s still a long road ahead, but we all have to start somewhere. This is where experience is earned, lessons are learned, and growth begins.

Proud of the way you represented Apex. Back to work.

The Apex Wrestling Workshop was a huge success, and it was awesome to see so many people turning up and put in the work 💪

A big thank you to our coaches for sharing their knowledge and making the day such a valuable experience. Wrestling classes like these for the Parramatta and Merrylands locals are invaluable for future proofing your children and to everyone who attended and gave it their all thank you for being here..

Wrestling is not just for adults, kids wrestling classes at Apex help develop children mentally and physically. Producing tougher, more resilient kids. Parramatta and Merrylands parents are seeing huge benefits from the Apex Wrestling program already..

If you love fast-paced training, stand-up, wrestling and constant movement, this is your class.

No-Gi is one of the fastest-growing styles of grappling in the world. Without the gi, the pace increases, scrambles become more dynamic, and wrestling and takedowns play a much bigger role.

At Apex, our No-Gi classes are built with purpose. We don’t just throw techniques together we follow a structured program that develops your stand-up, grappling, sequencing and overall understanding of the sport. Every class builds on the last, so you’re constantly progressing.
