Well, thought it was time I said something , last Thursday evening, 5 weeks before my 63rd Birthday, I had a Stroke 😱 they can come at any time & I think mine had been building over the last 2 months.
I’m fit, strong all the rest, my muscle is high, my body fat is low but it was the AF and the build up of Fluid in my heart and the level of Cholesterol.

At the time I lost the use of my left arm completely, scariest thing ever, my life as I know it would have been over.

Went to the Mater, see by the amazing staff in Emergency, the Heggsy did an amazing job with both my CT and MRI, I’m claustrophobic 😱 don’t ask how we got through it, it’s a secret πŸ˜†

Well, the up shot is, I’m still here on Sun, need one more scan, I’m 95+% back to normal but will need to take it easy.

Just want to thank Billie for everything she has done, Heggsy for the sneaky re**al exam πŸ˜† and the boys for meeting me at Nurses, to allow me to feel normal for 10mins.

People , be vigilant, get yr tests done & look after you

Just a quick bit of info on my Training regime as I settle into my mid 60’s

I Strength Train 2 X per week definitely, sometimes 3 if I’m feeling it πŸ’ͺ
I also Cycle once or twice , 60-80km each depending on time & the weather

Yes I eat chocolate, and have the odd ice cream 😱 & muffins on the bike πŸ˜‚πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ

Anyone interested in having a healthier, fitter & stronger 2026 πŸ€” get im touch, I don’t bite & we all have a starting point
Mine was 114kgs 30+Body Fat % so if I can do it at my age, it will be no problem for you, unless yr an old guy like me πŸ˜±πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Am I meant to enjoy it ? My clients ask πŸ€” well not if it’s really hard that’s for sure & that is the problem with most people’s sessions, they aren’t intense enough πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ, happy to show you but very few want it 😑

No BU****IT LIST Fitness Myths πŸ’ͺ

1. Scientists have not found a better form of Exercise than Strength Training
2. You cannot out exercise over consumption of Food
3. Everyone’s Calorie Intake for the day is different. There is a Formula
4. There is NO such thing as BIG B***d
5. Ladies will NOT Bulk up if you Lift Weights, i promise you will not work that hard
6. No one cares what you look like in the Gym, the only one that does is you, same with yr clothes off

So for 26, Get in there, go find a gym, get Strong & get healthy
Your weight will come off once you realise how hard you work so the crap food won’t be as necessary as it once was
