Just over 12 months ago - I set myself some goals for 2017.

They were:
*
- Get rid of negative people ✅ - I was surrounded by constant negativity at work so I came up with an idea. It progressed to a vision & now we have . I haven’t looked back.
*
- Set bigger goals ✅ - Getting started required some massive goals, decisions & actions. With the help of my super supportive family - We did it!
*
- Invest in your health ✅ - I started to supplement & distribute . A fantastic supplement. It works. I dropped several kg’s & helped other achieve the same along with better health. I have resumed taking Keto//OS. It’s the best supplement I have seen in 20 years.
*
- Be happier ✅ - I’m a much happier person these days. My contributions in my passion areas are respected & valued. My home life is awesome as I’m a much happier husband & father.
*
- Work harder ✅ - While some days were tough/rough I certainly achieved this goal. initially required loads of hard work to get it started. After launch - Activity picked up at an amazing rate!
*

So what’s in store for 2018?
*
- Increase activity. I now have daytime slots on Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s for those able to train then.
*
- Launch a female boxing class (I’m keen to gauge interest for a Friday boxing session to punch out the week’s stress in one big session)
*
- Learn more. I recently attended a Professional Learning Day with - It was the best short course I’d done in a long time (more on that in another post).
*
- Continue my other passion, teaching.
*
- Continue to help young athletes achieve their best here at . *
- Most importantly - Be a happy, energetic & positive role model for my kids.
*

Wanting to know what type of sessions run?

- Football (soccer) specific speed & agility.
- Football pitch-based conditioning, rehabilitation & gym-based Conditioning.
- Women’s football fitness.
- Rugby League specific speed & agility.
- Ladies Fitness Class.
- Mum’s Fitness Class.

can cater for all sports & all fitness levels. The variety of training mode is something that I am really enjoying. The hardest part is keeping up with my clients!!!

When you book in at you get the whole facility to yourself. The gym, studio & pitch is all yours.

The positive feedback & seeing people achieve their goals is something that I’m really proud of.
