At 72, our amazing client is proving that it’s never too late to rebuild strength, confidence and independence.
With guidance from her physio, she’s working through tailored exercises like gym ball squats and abdominal curls- focusing on improving strength, stability, and control while being mindful of her knee pain.
Her goal? To get back to the gym, return to cardiovascular training, and build better balance to stay active and prevent falls!
Every session is designed around her needs - reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping her safely progress toward the activities she loves.
