Another dominant performance by Tasmanian punjabi Brothers - Sports Club winning against Pak Eagles in the semi finals of Intercultural Sports League Inc. by 10 wickets.
Captain Bhanu Pratap won the toss and opted to bowl first. TPS restricted the opposition to 104 runs with immaculate bowling performances by sarwan kumar and jatinder singh with 4 overs 22 runs and 4 wickets and 9 runs with 3 wickets respectively.
A balanced knock by Harmanjeet bedi scoring a well deserved half century 53 off 51 and a blistering knock by the captain scoring 45 off 34 balls helped in chasing the target in mere 14 overs.
All in all a great team effort !!

Another great win for TPS. Simran Walia(TPS) won the toss & opted to field first. Hobart Strikers were restricted to just 102/8 in 20 overs. Preet Singh did spectacular bowling with the figures of 4over 19 runs 3wkts. Amardeep Singh again was on spot with his leggies picking 2 wickets of 4 overs and spending 24 runs.
TPS chased down score in 17th over loosing 6 wickets. Top scorer for TPS was Satnam Singh who scored 23 runs of 19 balls hitting 2 fours and a six. Vaughan Allen made quick 18runs of 9 balls hitting 2 sixes.Gurpreet Bhullar once again was not out for his 11 runs.
Satnam Singh was declared Man of the match.
24 run, 1 wicket and 4 catches.

Another good win for TPS against Pak Eagles by 7 wickets. Simran captain of TPS won the toss and elected to field first. Pak Eagles had a flying start, having the score of 51 runs in just 5.4 overs.Trent Rollins from Pak Eagles as usual looked dangerous who scored 53 runs of just 34balls before loosing his wicket to Bhanu Thakur. After Trent no other batsman from Pak Eagles looked promising and got all out for just 116 Runs. Bhanu Thankur was pick of the bowlers for TPS with stats of 4ovr-1mdn-12runs-3wkts equally supported by Vaughan Allen who gave just 17 runs of his 4overs and grabbing 3 wickets.
TPS had bad start to chase, loosing Simran for just 1run of 3 balls. Bhanu with 28runs of just 18 balls with 4 sixes and Kunal Bhist with 37 runs of 28 balls with 5 fours and a six, never looked under pressure.TPS chased down the total in just 13.3 overs loosing 3 wkts only. Highest scorer for TPS was Gagan Virk scoring 39 runs not out.

Man of the match was our own Big Fella Bhanu Thakur with 28 runs and 3 wickets of his 4 overs.
