And here they are! We welcome Sam and welcome back Julia to head up our cricket programs in the season to come 🙌

Originally hailing from QLD, Sam is a former first-class batter who has more recently turned his hand to coaching. A huge signing for the club and we’re incredibly proud to have Sam, his wife Brigid and children Teddy and Bella as part of the Demon family. A few words from Sam:

‘Really excited about the opportunity to be part of a successful premier club with such a rich history and to lead the male program. Cant wait to get stuck in and see what club and the players can achieve both individually and as a collective. My family and I are excited to be a part of the Demons.’

Needing no introduction is double premiership and CTPL coach of the year from last season is Julia, back to create sustained success in the women’s program! We can’t wait to watch Julia guide the team in 26/27. Hear what she has to say about the year ahead:

‘I am really grateful to continue coaching this group. Last season was incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to keep building an environment where people feel supported, challenged and confident in themselves both on and off the field.’

Exciting news for our NHCC juniors ahead of next season, thanks to our good friends at The Salty Dog Hotel and Frosty Dog at Kingston Beach.
NHCC have successfully secured 100+ 'Player of the Week' vouchers, made available next season for our junior teams as part of a Grassroot Junior Sports initiative recently launched by Salty Dog Hotel 👏
These vouchers will help to celebrate individual and team performance through positivity, team spirit, humility, encouragement, kindness and inclusion, demonstrated across each week of our cricket season.

Can't wait for next summer already 🌞🍨🏏
