Brighton Robins Football Club The Brighton Football Club, nicknamed the Robins, is a Australian Rules Football Club from Auskick to Seniors in the STJFL and SFL.

Commonly known as the Mangalore Football Club founded in 1885, the club changed names to Brighton FC in 1996.

Jake and Riley, ran our Front Bar interviews with our junior captains. While our Senior Women ran the behind the scenes, organising trophies and medals, running our screen and presentation, presenting lucky door prizes and taking photos

A huge congratulations to Ava Cole, who was nominated for the Coaches MVP award at the 2026 SFL Awards Night.

In what was a challenging season for our Women’s side, Ava continued to show up, compete and give everything she had for the Robins each week. Her consistency and effort throughout the year earned the recognition of the coaches across the competition.

A fantastic individual achievement and one to be incredibly proud of.

Today we celebrate all the incredible dads, grandads, stepdads, father figures and footy dads who make up our Brighton Football Club family.

From driving to training and cheering from the sidelines, to volunteering around the club and passing on a love of the game — your support plays a huge part in making our club what it is.

To all the dads and father figures across the Robins community, we hope you’ve had a fantastic Father’s Day surrounded by the people who mean the most.

Our Masters have unfortunately fallen short in today’s Grand Final, going down to St Virgils by just 3 points, 33–36.

It wasn’t the ending we hoped for, but nothing can take away from what this group has achieved. Three consecutive Grand Final appearances, including last year’s premiership, is an incredible reflection of the commitment, mateship and pride these boys have in the Robins jumper. ❤️💙

They fought right until the final siren and gave absolutely everything in a contest that could have gone either way.

To every player, coach, volunteer, family member and supporter who has been part of the journey this season — thank you. Hold your heads high, boys. You’ve once again done our club incredibly proud.
