Last night at the SCG was the most incomprehensible piece of garbage we have ever seen here at Hit The Post, and we don’t mean from Port Adelaide!

Last night the umpiring proved that the AFL cannot be fair, just, fair or be unbiased. So many calls were missed for Port Adelaide last night and there were way and too many calls paid for Sydney for the same thing. The AFL have made it clear and obvious they’re bias to certain teams, their favouritism for ratings and revenue.

We have tried to be quiet in this final series, but we cannot sit back any more. The AFL need to address what the fans are saying because it’s not the media that makes your money. It’s the fans. The fans know this! The fans can see the umpiring has been disgusting all season… every fan from every Club! Laura Kane and Andrew Dillon either need to publicly come out and say that there have been too many mistakes this year and stop lying about it being better than ever, or they need to be stepped down.

Too many games this year been decided by umpires, and sadly this is become the case in the Finals! Port Adelaide were out played by Sydney, GWS Giants were robbed against Brisbane Lions. Papley shouldn’t have played last night after bumping in to a GWS official.

Umpires have put the whistle away FOR Port in the first half. No surprises there. Adelaide playing clean possession football and Port not clean and confident as they have been.

For anyone thinking that we are bias here at HTP - Port Adelaide Football Club won the game (convincingly) on Friday night against Essendon Football Club, but this Free Kick Count at the end of the game was atrocious. Port do not play dirty, and there were MANY free kicks missed from both sides but this is the second week in a row that the Umpires have favoured one side over another.

If you need further evidence, look at the "mark" that was paid to Carlton Football Club and the following 'dissent' Free Kick against the Fremantle Dockers that 'finished' the result for the Blues in their favour.

The AFL need to REPAIR the umpiring in the game and NOT FIX it it. The game if it is every going to be a truly NATIONAL sport, it is time that the Victorian bias is REMOVED from the game quickly if not immediately!

This has to stop!

Great game Power V Umpires. 3-14 in the second quarter was the free kick count. Too many obvious calls missed. Too many missed to Port’s favour. Disgusting AFL absolutely disgusting.

Does the new drug policy include ignoring all white powder including the boundary line?

Here it hit the post we want to send our best wishes and a quick recovery to Mason Wood of the St Kilda Football Club. It was a horrible accident and it was horrific to watch.

We also wish to extend our congratulations to Nick Daicos from Collingwood on 50 Games. It’s been a good start to what appears to be a promising career.

However, we think it’s disgusting to hear 80% of the commentary team talking about concussion protocols and then Brian Taylor immediately changes the topic to Nick Daicos and Scott Pendlebury.

We think it’s about time that 7AFL gives him the sack. He is unable to be objective he is unable to not show bias towards Collingwood, and overall he’s just a horrible Commentator.

Brian Taylor changed the topic to Scott Pendlebury when the rest of the commentators were talking about the concussion protocols that the AFL have implemented. This is not Professional.

Share this with all your friends regardless if you’re coming with supporter or not when a player is unconscious on the field commentators should focus on news not salivating favourite players or teams. It’s one thing to talk about a team but it’s another to constantly focus on two players of that team for no reason other than that’s all you want to do.
