People ask me all the time why do you HAVE to gym all the time? Well I don't have to but i need to, it makes me feel alot better, I give myself rest days when I need to. I try my best to eat well, sure there's days I don't but I'm not too strict on myself as I always try my best to push myself 100% at each session.
Some days I really don't feel up to getting up early and going to the gym but I make myself go and sure it wasn't my best efforts but it certainly made me feel better and I got to see my friends there to. Working out with people that don't judge and can see you maybe having a flat day and just support you through it just makes you want to turn up more and more.
The gym has been the best thing for my physical and mental health, my social life and just my everyday life!
So if you're wanting to start but don't feel confident enough to do so grab a friend and just do your best that's all you have to do! 💖
