Saturday mornings done right. Pack the car, pack the kids, grab the snacks and bring the whole crew down to United. ๐ŸฅŠโค๏ธ Start the weekend with movement, laughter, good energy and quality time together โ€” not stuck on the couch or staring at screens.

Our all ages classes are one of the best parts of the week โ€” Tiny Tigers, kids, teens, parents, everyone on the mats together. Games, laughs, fitness, Muay Thai, and the kind of bonding you canโ€™t get sitting on the sidelines. If youโ€™ve ever watched your kids train and thought โ€œIโ€™d love to jump in one dayโ€โ€ฆ this is your sign.

For the month of May, all Saturday classes are FREE for family and friends of members. So bring mum, dad, cousins, brothers, sisters โ€” everybodyโ€™s welcome. No pressure, just good vibes, good people, and a weekend routine the whole family can look forward to. Where friends become family. ๐Ÿ™

A big thank you as well to Jimmy Shannon โ€” your support doesnโ€™t go unnoticed, we appreciate it ๐Ÿ™
We had 6 fighters representing โ€” Leon, Tej, Iziah, Paul, Serg and Franci โ€” and every one of them showed up and held their own. The hard work in the lead-up to these exhibitions really showed.

Tej stepped in giving away quite a weight difference. Leon showed composure facing an opponent beyond his age. Franci and Iziah stepped up and gained valuable experience performing in front of a crowd. Pauly and Serg are starting to build real momentum with their performances.

Benny was back from Thailand and jumped straight in to help โ€” massive thanks for that. Also big thanks to Josh for helping out on the day, much appreciated.

And of course, thank you to all the families, friends and supporters who came down โ€” that energy makes a huge difference.
