If you’ve ever looked at the BFT timetable and wondered why we have sessions like Strength, Hyper and Pump, we’re here to clear it up.

At BFT, we don’t believe lifting weights should be the same every day. Every session has a different purpose and is designed using progressive programming and sports science to help you build muscle, increase strength and become a more capable version of yourself.

🏋️ Strength is your heavy lifting day. These sessions focus on lower repetitions and heavier loads to build full-body strength, improve movement quality and increase your overall performance both inside and outside the gym.
🔥 Hyper is designed to build muscle through higher volume training and longer periods of time under tension. You’ll also regularly perform unilateral (single-sided) exercises to improve stability, correct muscular imbalances and create more balanced muscle development across the body.
💥 Pump focuses on muscular endurance and isolation work. You’ll target specific muscle groups, improve muscle definition and challenge your muscles in a different way while keeping your metabolism elevated long after the session finishes.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting at a gym is thinking they need to choose between getting stronger, building muscle or improving fitness. The reality is the best results come from a balanced approach.
That’s why our programming combines all three.

At BFT, we don’t believe all cardio training should look the same. Every session is designed using sports science and progressive programming to improve a different part of your health and fitness.

🏃‍♂️ HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is your short, powerful session. It challenges your ability to produce energy quickly, improves your recovery between hard efforts and helps build overall fitness and work capacity.
⛰️ Summit is all about building endurance. You’ll spend more time working at a sustainable intensity, helping improve cardiovascular fitness, aerobic capacity and your ability to maintain energy for longer periods.

Week 2 builds on the foundations established in Week 1, with small progressions across every session designed to improve strength, fitness, movement quality and recovery.

Monday’s XTX session has a strong conditioning focus, challenging your ability to sustain quality output across longer work periods while recovering efficiently between efforts. Working in a partner format, the goal is to learn how to pace longer sets, maintain movement quality under fatigue and develop the ability to keep performing as fatigue starts to build.

Tuesday’s Lower Body Pump session continues developing muscular endurance, movement control and lower body strength through higher training volumes. The sn**ch grip deadlift and torsonator hack squat remain key focus movements, while the supporting exercises help improve single-leg stability, balance and trunk control to build a stronger foundation for future progressions.

Wednesday’s Cardio U Aerobic session follows a similar structure to last week, but with less recovery between zones. The focus remains on improving aerobic fitness, recovery and pacing awareness by learning how to manage effort levels and maintain consistent output throughout the session.

Thursday’s Upper Body Strength session continues progressing the incline bench press and chin ups while developing pressing strength, pulling strength and shoulder stability. As we’re still early in the block, the priority is quality movement, strong positioning and building consistency before heavier loads are introduced later.

Friday’s HIIT session increases the conditioning demand through longer work periods and reduced recovery. The goal is to produce repeated high-intensity efforts while learning how to recover quickly and maintain output as fatigue accumulates throughout the workout.

Saturday introduces our first Strength Endurance session of the block. Combining resistance training with conditioning, these sessions are designed to improve your ability to repeatedly produce force while fatigued. The focus is on maintaining movement quality, controlling breathing and building consistency across the entire session.
