Since forming in 1986 the Club has always prided itself on and has maintained its relaxed and informal atmosphere, whether its taking part in a water sport, attending any of the Club's social activities or just enjoying the ocean views from the Club's verandah or the back of your boat. Hillarys Yacht Club function rooms are also available to hire for members and the general public. Located on the northern side of Hillarys Marina, Hillarys Yacht Club is only 15 minutes from the CBD and 10 minutes from the City of Joondalup. The calm waters of the Indian Ocean provide great views and an ideal setting for your coming event and in addition, the Club provides secure on-site parking, versatile rooms and flexibility to make your next event a success.

⛵️ HYC Keelboat Racing: Winter Series – Race 1 Recap! ⛵️

The winter series kicked off in great style on Sunday, June 14, at Hillarys Yacht Club! Despite rain in the forecast, 14 boats across three divisions turned out for some fantastic, highly tactical pursuit racing.

It was awesome to see Lithium return to HYC club racing, a notable highlight was Mimosa (T Brooke) competing last summer in Division 1 for Race 1, now stepping down to Division 3 for the remainder of the series—a move that will certainly influence upcoming results.
