‼️Performance Athlete Testimonial‼️
Oscar started training with me around 18 months ago, as referred off by . Oscar’s goals were simply to improve every aspect of his abilities with cricket, his high performance sport. Oscar’s training consisted of 2 face to face sessions per week, one session focussed on strength movements, and the other focussed on his explosive athletics and his functional capabilities.
By implementing an ongoing strength and conditioning program, we have greatly improved Oscar’s strength, explosive power, and his functional movement skills. We had a few hiccups arise during his training, such as lower back pain, and some shoulder issues, but we just managed to implement some combination rehabilitative exercises into his weekly programming, which very quickly and easily improved these symptoms for him.
