This lady is an inspiration to all who cross her path in the studio. She is literally ingrained in the apparatus to be totally honest.

Janelle personifies Aura and the method of Contrology in her dedication and her never ending quest to go deeper into the work. As the years go by and her knowledge and expertise evolve, I am truly blown away by her gradual progress - and it has not all been sunshine and rainbows I can assure you. But, that has never stopped her, never.
And the fun fact? After 9 years of learning Contrology … we are not bored yet, if anything, quite the opposite!

An absolute pleasure to teach her 3+ mornings a week - rain, hail or shine.

If only Joe Pilates could see that we finally “got it”.
Joe’s incredible method of Contrology was never fully appreciated nor understood on a grand scale within his lifetime.

At Aura Pilates Contrology Studio we practice the original method of Pilates - Contrology.
This means among many things, that Pilates is not confirmed to the studio nor the apparatus. It is a daily practice that is accessible to all and belongs to each individual who chooses to make it a part of their lives.
