Strength Classes: Every Monday and Friday morning at 9:30am and Wednesday evening at 6pm.

Thank you to my wonderful Embody Community for a year of celebrating and sharing these milestones - the birth of grandchildren, house sales, weddings, graduations, retirement, interstate and overseas holidays, injuries, recoveries, new jobs, reunions and more…

This is why we are still a community - two years post HI. Something I am really proud of. My Aunty army 💕💕💕
