We know you. You’re already checking your heart rate before you’ve even left the studio. You screenshot your watch mid-cool-down. You track the streak like your life depends on it. So we built something for you!

The Athletic Reformer Stats App just got a serious upgrade. Version 2.0 is now live, and your class data updates in real time… no more waiting around for the weekly refresh.

Not goodbye — just a see you soon 💫

Today we’re farewelling our girl Jessie as she heads off to her next adventure down south, and it’s safe to say she will be so missed — by us and by every client who’s been lucky enough to land in her class.

Jessie lights up the moment she walks into the studio — truly her happy place — and that energy is felt from the first spring change. Her attention to form, care for her clients, and ability to meet people exactly where they’re at is something special.

And of course… the push-up challenges (see slide 10)🥵 and undeniable love for upper-body work will live on in AR lore.

This isn’t goodbye forever — just see you soon. Jessie will pop back in for a few cameo shifts when she’s back in QLD, and we’ll be counting down until then.

So proud of you, Jess 🤍 Go shine — AR will always be home.

✨ Schedule Update 2026 ✨

We’re always fine-tuning our timetable to make sure it works best for you and we’ve got a few small changes coming in 2026:

• Monday 6:00am → Athletic Plus with Georgie
• Monday 5:30pm → Athletic Reformer with Niamh
• Wednesday 3:30pm → Athletic Base with Amy
• Thursday 3:30pm → Bye for now 👋
