I offer one on one and partnered coaching sessions, which can include HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Boxing and Muay Thai with strong focus on technique, challenging workouts and emphasis on creating a supportive environment. These two poor souls who survived the sessionโ€ฆ just because it was a cold, windy and rainy afternoon and I wanted to make sure theyโ€™d stay warm by doing a lot of jump squats, burpees, mountain climbers and boxing with some plank rest in between ๐Ÿ˜Š
