I love to read a review on Trip Advisor about a hotel, activity or restaurant. I also LOVE getting texts from clients post workout letting me know exactly how they are feeling. 😩😍🥵🤬 Often not many words are needed for me to know the session delivered on the desired spot or focus area.

DUBAI- was certainly a gear change from Italy. High adrenaline activities like sand dune bashing, 170m aerial zip line fly over, Burj Khalifa 154th floor, mixed with resort time at Atlantis The Palm. Literally like an adventure holiday on top of a holiday. Feel very grateful & blessed to have such opportunities. Almost ready to return to work 🤣🏋🏻‍♀️

🌋 Mt Etna. I was so excited to plant feet on her. According to our guide & locals there is still more to come from recent activity, it’s just a waiting game. It would be phenomenal to witness it in ‘action’ but even today you realise it’s a force of nature.

How long can you balance on 1 foot🦶?

As we age our balance begins to decline, even from as early as your 50’s, so it’s important to introduce some ways to help challenge yourself and work on maintaining it.

These guidelines are recommended….
🦶1min+ -if your aged 18-49
🦶40+ sec -if your aged 50-60
🦶35 sec - If your aged 60-69
🦶20 sec if your aged 70-79
🦶5 sec for over 80 and above

Peter is over 80yo and can easily manage more than 5 seconds, so his challenged with tools like the reaction pods. 💙
