Balance is rarely about standing perfectly still
It’s about constantly responding, adjusting, shifting weight, finding your centre and making tiny corrections along the way
And that’s what makes balance challenging
The goal isn’t to eliminate movement or wobble, it’s to develop the capacity to adapt to it
Sometimes the most valuable part of working on balance is noticing how you react when things feel uncertain
And what happens when you stop trying to control every wobble and instead learn to respond to it
To stay present when things feel unstable.
To make small adjustments rather than big corrections
To trust that you can find your centre again
And perhaps, just like in life, the wobble is actually where the learning happens. ✨
