10 years later… and still moving forward. ✨

One of the greatest gifts of the pilates method is that it meets you where you are, and continues to support you as you age.

This inspiring client started as a complete beginner at Pilates Plus in 2016. Now in her mid 70’s and moving toward 80, she continues to move with more freedom, control and confidence than people much younger.

Not because of a quick fix. But because of consistent practice over time. đź’Ż

She has a cranky right knee that has been flagged for a replacement for quite some time now…20 years!

With a recent acute flare up, in 2026 this surgery is now inevitable

But with an overseas trip planned, we have been working hard on getting the knee “less” cranky and functioning enough so Helen can enjoy the trip, without her knee calling the shots.

Anne experiences vertigo, which makes lying flat uncomfortable and on some days, impossible.
