Heyfield Tae Kwon-Do has three dedicated instructors with over 50 years of combined experience and originated from an ITF based style founded by Chong Chul Rhee. Heyfield Tae Kwon-Do is a non-competitive art that enhances your physical and mental confidences through the study of the art. Gradings are conducted regularly where your skill and attitude will be assessed to see if you are qualified to

acquire the next belt. Heyfield Tae Kwon-Do is a great way to learn self-defence, individuals and families are always welcome and beginners can try it out for the first session free

Congratulations to everyone that passed their grading last night. Jack received his blue belt, Erika received her
green belt, Winter received his green tips, Mia received her yellow tips and Tory double graded and received her yellow belt. Once again, congratulations to you all.

A big congratulations to Zoe, who last night received her brown tips. We pushed her to her limits last night, and she came through with flying colours. We were all extremely happy to see you pass, as we all know how hard you've been training. Once again, well done Zoe, and keep up the good work.

Sorry for the late post, l would like to congratulate Connor on getting his Second Dan on Monday night. We pushed him to his limit, and he did everything we asked of him. Well done Connor you did extremely well. I would also like to thank Jordan for his help, and a special thanks to Jason for returning for the night.

Hi everyone, as you all know, Connor will be grading for his 2nd Dan Black Belt on Monday night, we need you all there to help support him and push him through his grading. We will be starting early, but we expect you all to be there at normal time. See you all then.

Hi everyone, l hope you have all had a great break. Our training starts back next week. We have had a change of nights that we train, and we will be training on a Monday night now instead of Tuesday night, still the same time, 6pm till 7.30pm. Hope to see you all there on Monday night.

Just a quick note to remind everyone that Tuesday night is our last training session for this year, we'll have a light session followed by pizza, normal start, and finish time. I would like to thank Connor, Jordan, and Maddie for all the help they have given me throughout the year. Their help has been invaluable and has made my job alot easier. To all the students, well done this year, everyone has improved a lot. I know you all have a big break coming up, but if you get a chance , practice whenever you can. I would like to wish everyone at the club, the instructors, the students, and all the parents a Merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year. I hope to see you all back again next year.

Hi everyone, as everyone knows there is a grading for the juniors in a couple of weeks, last week there was only 3 juniors show up, they have received their grading forms. If you are not there next week, you will not receive a form, so you won't be grading until next year. As we only get to train once a week, you must show up to learn.
