QR Codes are located on the left as you go through the door and down near the stairs into the main gym area.

It is mandatory that all members check in from today and we may ask to sight your checkin.

Please help us stay open and keep you safe.

Hi all, good news, our 24 hour access to gym has re-commenced.Please feel free to come by. Due to Covid a few measures we ask you to follow are:-

Please wipe fingerprint screen after use (wipes will be provided)
Please sign in and out (sheet on desk just inside door)
Please sanitise hands on entry (sanitiser provided)
Please wipe equipment before and after workout (wipes provided)

Hi everyone,
As most of our member probably know, Gail had been sick for the past 2 weeks and has just be admitted to hospital. We do apologise for anyone that is waiting for Membership sign up etc but Gail will get back to everyone as soon as sh is better.

We have also had an unexpected burst water pipe on the lower section of the gym which we are currently going through insurance to clean this up.

We thank you all for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
