Timi Delahunty the owner and director of Core Condition Pilates and Massage Studio, since 2005. Originally based in Mildura, Victoria, Timi and her family has loved the sea change and being in operation in Hervey Bay since 2018. With over 16 years experience and in excess of 7,500 teaching hours, Timi has attained the highest level of qualifications available for a Pilates practitioner. Timi has c

We're excited to officially welcome Bron and begin our new **Rest & Restore** sessions.

Designed to help you slow down, breathe, release tension and truly unwind, these small, intimate classes provide a quiet space to simply rest and restore.

✨ Wednesdays at 6.00pm
✨ $16.50 per person
✨ Maximum of 10 participants

Because numbers are intentionally kept small, **we do encourage online bookings**. We'd hate for anyone to turn up and miss out because the class is already full.

When the body spends too long in “go mode,” it can impact:

Our Wednesday evening Rest + Restore sessions are intentionally designed to help guide the body back toward balance.

💭 What is progression?

I've been thinking about this lately. It seems there's a bit of a misconception about what "progress" actually looks like.

For us, progression isn't about moving to the next exercise in a manual, and it's certainly not about what you see on social media.

Progression happens when the client is ready.

What does that mean?

It means they understand the purpose of the exercise, can connect with what they're doing, and are developing the awareness, control and confidence needed to perform it well. It means that they are 'learning' both about their body as well as the exercise.

We're not chasing perfection.

We're looking for understanding, consistency and quality of movement.

As instructors, we can often see when someone is ready for the next step—but that's only possible because we've taken the time to get to know the person in front of us, their goals, their body and their individual journey.

💚Progression looks different for everyone.

That's why personalised instruction matters. The right exercise, at the right time, for the right person will always be more valuable than simply doing a harder exercise.

✨ Progress isn't about keeping up.
✨ It's about moving forward.

🌿The fancy exercise can wait. I'd much rather see someone truly understand and own the movement they're doing today.

Bron will be running our Rest + Restore sessions here in the studio — creating a beautiful space for slowing down, breathing deeply and allowing the body and mind to truly unwind.

Bron is currently away enjoying an amazing holiday - ☀️ and we can’t wait to welcome her into the studio on her return.

She brings a calm, grounded and deeply supportive presence, with thoughtful guidance through breath, meditation and supported restorative movement. Her sessions help foster a sense of ease, connection and nervous system calm within our small group environment 🍃

Tension, restriction, fatigue, overload — sometimes the body needs more than exercise alone.
