Fraser Coast Junior Rugby - Fighting Whiting The juniors are known as the Fighting Whiting, and are drawn from children in the Fraser Coast area. Want to join?

We run a Summer competition with our season starting the first week of the school term 4 and running through to the end of February, with a break in the middle for school Summer holidays. The last game of the season is grand final night with presentations on completion of each final. The competition currently consists of teams from Fraser coast Anglican College, Star of the Sea School, and the Fig

hting Whiting, with children playing from age 7 to 16 in 2-year age groups. All the children pay an annual subscription of $100 plus $30 for club socks and shorts if required, there are no weekly subs. They are all registered with the ARU and covered by the ARU's sports insurance. Opportunities for representative rugby

During the season the coaches are watching for talented players to be selected to represent this area at the Queensland Country championships in July. From here, country teams are selected from U13s to U17s to represent Queensland Country at the State Championships in September. You can join by coming along to sign on in August, date to be confirmed.
