It’s hard to believe we’re already 6 weeks into our Women’s Self Defence course.

We’re incredibly proud of the progress these ladies are making each week. It has been great to watch their confidence grow as they become more comfortable with martial arts and start discovering which techniques work best for them.

We’re excited to see everyone continue to build their skills over the coming weeks.
