Banded crab walks and monster walks to strengthen up and activate the glutes! I love these exercises, they're a great warm up for compound lifts and glute exercises are great for taking pressure off of your lower back and putting it where it should be! Give them a try πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

5x 20/10 work to rest intervals.
1 - Rower
- Alt V ups

2 - Box push
-TRX alt grip row

3 - Ski Erg
- Box jump

4 - Wall balls
- Bicycle crunches

5 - KB swing
- Bosu burpee
