Due to personal circumstances I have decided to cease all Wide Bay MMA classes. This decision was not taken lightly. Thank you all students and training partners for their countless hours. Hard training and good laughs. It was incredibly warming to see you all map out a schedule for yourselves to continue training. It was also fantastic to see how far you had come in our last session. I wish you all the best for your training wherever it may be.

So I’ve been around for a few years now and have guest coached at a few gyms in my time and get asked to seminars from time to time. So I’ve been working on one that I love to teach in classes but always run out of time. Head arm chokes 101. Principal and concepts that once learnt can be used in a multitude of positions.
