Swan Valley Football Club This is the official page of the Swan Valley Football Club. The Club won the premiership in its first year, defeating Parkerville in the Grand Final.

Swan Valley Football Club was formed in 1965 as the Young Christian Workers Football Club, playing in the Hills Football Association. Winning quickly became something of a habit with the Club, having won 24 League premierships in their 45 years of existence. Indeed, the Clubs League side made the finals in each one of its first 19 seasons. Over the years the Club has fielded teams in the Hills FA, the WA Football Association, the Sunday Football League and now the Perth Football League (formerly WA Amateur Football League). The Club plays at the Swan Valley Sporting Club located at 766 Gt Northern Hwy Herne Hill, currently fielding teams in the PFL C2 League and Reserves, Laurie Keene Colts and C1 Women.

GRAND FINAL TEAM LOCKED IN.

This is it, Valley.

One team. One game. One last chance to bring it home.

Our C2 Reserves are locked, loaded and ready to take on Kingsley tomorrow in the 2026 GRAND FINAL.

Months of hard work, tough contests, big wins and everything in between has led to this moment. Now there’s only one job left to do.

GRAND FINAL BOUND

Important update from the Football Club!

Due to a breach of the PFL by-laws our C2 reserves will be taking on Kingsley at Revo Stadium, Claremont in the C2 Reserves Budget and Truck rentals men’s Grand Final.

Our Reserves have been working hard all year to get themselves into a profitable position and ready to prove they have what it takes to give Kingsley a fight.

The boys would love to have our proud sponsors, players, families and friends join us on the boundary line to cheer them along.

Big shout out to SVFC colts player Declan Harris on winning the year 11/12 AAMI Community Cup Central grand final on Sunday. A game high haul of 6 goals helped Caversham Suns get the win, 60-41 against Ballajura. Congratulations Caversham Suns Junior Football Club and Declan on a very successful year.

🏆 THE COUNT IS ON… BUT WHO TAKES IT HOME? 🏆

For the first time this season, we’re giving you a look behind the curtain.

These were your Top 5 vote getters after Round 5 across all four grades… and now the guessing game REALLY begins.

League: Jett Sibosado leads on 32 votes
Reserves: Adam Faulkner leads on 35 votes
Colts: Isaac Bowman leads on 34 votes
Women’s: Baylee Turner leads on 38 votes

But here’s the catch…

That’s ALL you’re getting.

There were plenty of rounds still to come after these votes were locked away. Did these four keep piling them on? Did someone in the Top 5 make a charge? Or is there a dark horse sitting completely outside these leaderboards who stormed home and stole the show?

As we head into more finals rounds, a reminder to all players, members and supporters that the PFL Code of Conduct applies at every match.

There is ZERO tolerance for threatening, abusive, intimidating, discriminatory or unacceptable behaviour towards players, umpires, officials or spectators.

When you wear the Valley colours and stand in our crowds, you represent more than yourself. Your behaviour reflects our club, our players and everyone who proudly wears the green and white. Represent the Valley with pride and respect.

Support loudly, get behind our boys and enjoy finals footy but remain respectful to the opposition, the umpires and the game.

PRELIM FINAL | THE BOYS ARE LOCKED IN

It all comes down to this.

After a massive win last weekend, our Reserves have earned their place in the Preliminary Fina and now there’s just one thing standing between them and a Grand Final.

Belmont. Again.

These two sides know each other well and with a spot in the big dance on the line, expect nothing less than a hard, physical four quarter battle.

The team is locked. The boys are ready. Now it’s time to get to work.

It all comes down to this.

After getting the job done against Piara Waters last weekend, our Reserves are back on deck for a massive Preliminary Final clash against Belmont.

We’ve met them before. We know what they bring. Now it’s time to leave absolutely everything out there.

A spot in the 2026 Grand Final is on the line and the boys need the Valley behind them.

SEMI FINAL RECAP | ONE WIN AWAY.

The Ressies are still alive and now, there’s just one game and one team standing between them and a Grand Final.

Saturday’s Semi Final against Piara Waters was do or die. There were no second chances, no next week guaranteed and absolutely no room to leave anything behind.
After a slow start, the Valley boys found their groove and rediscovered the form that has carried them throughout the season.

From quarter time onwards, the intensity shifted.

The pressure became relentless. The contests got harder. Bodies were put on the line and every possession had to be earned.
This was finals footy.

The Ressies refused to let their season end.

They wrestled back control of the game, stood tall when Piara Waters challenged and continued to grind until the final siren confirmed what everyone in green and white had been waiting for…

A 13-point Semi Final victory and a ticket to the Preliminary Final.

Belmont. Again.

The same side that handed the Ressies a 56-point defeat in the Qualifying Final just two weeks ago.

But finals have a funny way of giving you another chance.
This time, the stakes couldn't be higher.

One game. One opportunity. One spot in the Grand Final.

The boys know what Belmont can bring. They know what happened last time. And now they get the chance to write a very different ending.

The season is still alive.
The belief is still there.
And the Valley aren't done yet.
