Wowee! Where do I begin!!

I have put off posting this for a few days, but Wednesday morning was the last group session with my Fit Hit Squad.

Its not easy to let go of something you love doing, especially your business that has been your baby since 2016… but I felt I had done all I can with it and it’s time I move in a different direction. I’m not 100% sure of where this is, and that’s ok.

To all the amazing women I have trained over the years, thank you 🙏🏻 I would not be the trainer I am today without you. Thank you for choosing me as your trainer 💕 My mornings and evenings were better because I got to share time with you all, the challenges made me proud, all the half way challenges tested us, and all the end of challenge events were an absolute hoot. So many good memories shared. So many friends made.

You see, to me, exercise is a gift, we get to do it. And if you can find an amazing supportive group to do it with, even better. And we had this with the Fit Hit Squad 💕

FHM’s “64 days till Summer” challenge kicks off 3rd October! It’s time to reset and create some positive changes to your daily routine with a supportive group beside you!

Price includes-
- Access to 5 Group Training Sessions per week
- Before and after measurements/photos
- Bio Scan week 1 and week 9
- Meal Plan Guide
- Motivating and Fun atmosphere
- Facebook Group and Support
- option to attend active outdoor adventures across the 9 weeks

Upfront cost is 445 or payment of 52.50 p/week

This challenge will be points based on your daily targets (which can be designed to suit your lifestyle) and of course, there are amazing prizes to be won!
