Club Helensvale will be hosting a Charity Day in support of Adam White, who has recently been diagnosed with ALS (Motor Neuron Disease).
This is a devastating and terminal illness, and our thoughts are with Adam and his family during this incredibly difficult time.
The purpose of this day is to help ease some of the financial pressures that come with such a diagnosis, including:
• Medical treatment
• Travel to appointments
• Future care and support needs
• Household expenses
• Supporting Adam’s wife and children in the years ahead
• Creating meaningful memories together
Adam and his wife have made the very difficult decision not to share this news with their young children just yet, in order to provide them with as much stability and normality as possible while they process this as a family. We kindly ask that you respect their wishes and avoid discussing this with children who may know the White family.
