We all had a great time at today’s “Come and Try Aqua” class at Crawchy's swim school 😁 The fit for life community initiative is a fantastic way to try new activities and reap the many benefits of physical activity 🤗 Thank you Equilibrium Healthcare for coordinating this venture!!
