🏐 Season One – Final Round 🏐

Today marked our final round for Season One, and what a way to finish! 👏

💙 A huge congratulations to our Blue Diamonds, who came away with a stunning win. It was a truly amazing game of netball by this fantastic group, with teamwork, determination and confidence shining all game long.

❤️ Rubies and 💎 Sapphires faced tough opposition but continued to fight hard right to the final whistle. Both teams have shown enormous growth, resilience and promise throughout the season, and we are so proud of their development.

We now head into a well-earned break for the school holidays ☀️

A massive THANK YOU to our incredible committee, dedicated coaches, wonderful players and supportive parents for everything you contribute to our amazing club. Our community is what makes St John’s so special 💙

Enjoy the rest, recharge and we’ll see everyone back for an exciting Season Two!

This Saturday marks the final round for our Under 9s and Under 11s as we wrap up Season One 🙌

It’s been fantastic to see the growth, teamwork, and enthusiasm from all our players over the past few months, we’re so proud of all of you 💙💛

After this weekend, we’ll be taking a well-earned break before returning refreshed and ready for Season Two in term three.

A huge thank you to our coaches, committee, parents and supporters for contributing towards our great club. We couldn’t do it without you 👏

Good luck to Dolphins, Sapphires and Rubies this Saturday, let’s finish the season strong! 💪✨

🏐 Round 12 Wrap-Up 🏐

🐬 Dolphins had a close loss but produced one of the best third quarters of netball we’ve seen from this age group. Their teamwork, energy and determination were outstanding.

❤️💎 Rubies and Sapphires faced off in a St John’s friendly and it was wonderful to see so much talent on display across both teams.

💙 Blue Diamonds were right in the contest all game and only fell short in the dying minutes. A huge effort and a great display of resilience.

🐾 Panthers entered a must-win game to keep their finals hopes alive. The girls fought back strongly in the final quarter and never stopped believing, showing incredible character right to the final whistle.

🐺 Wolves played some thrilling netball, with amazing goals, strong defensive pressure and some fantastic intercepts.

A special congratulations to our U13 Panthers and Wolves, who have now completed their season. We are incredibly proud of everything these teams have achieved this year. Finals next season 💪🏼

🦊 Foxes are on court now and we wish them all the very best!

📣 Reminder: Training for NetSetGo, U9s and U11s teams is on next Tuesday as usual.

🚫 There is NO NETBALL next Saturday due to the King’s Birthday long weekend.

Another big weekend of netball for our club, with plenty of effort, resilience and team spirit across every court 👏

❤️ Rubies secured a fantastic win
💎 Sapphires also came away with a great win after a strong team performance
🦊 Foxes continued their impressive form with another victory

💙 Blue Diamonds, 🐬 Dolphins, 🐾 Panthers and 🐺 Wolves all battled hard and showed plenty of positive signs throughout their games.

A very special congratulations to Stella and Lou Lou from our Panthers team, who celebrated playing their 100+ games for St John’s this weekend. 💙

Round Ten Wrap 💙❤️💛

What a day of netball for our club!

🐬 Dolphins celebrated their first win of the season and the excitement was huge across the courts.
💎 Sapphires went down by just one goal in the final seconds after a brilliant tightly fought contest.
♦️ Rubies secured another fantastic win with great on court teamwork.
🔷 Blue Diamonds had a tough game but kept at it and showed real persistence.
🐆 Panthers kept their finals hopes alive with a strong ten‑goal victory.
🐺 Wolves had a challenging day on court but never stopped trying.
🦊 Foxes went down in a high‑scoring match and kept pushing right to the end.

Proud of all our teams for their effort, resilience and club spirit today.

Round 9 Wrap 💙❤️💛

Today our club joined every team across Banyule & Districts Netball Association to stand together for Do It For Dolly Day.

A sea of blue, kindness and connection across every court, our players truly showed what community looks like. 💙🦋

🐬 Dolphins had a narrow two‑goal loss and fought right to the final siren with huge determination.
♦️ Rubies smashed it out of the park with a brilliant win and outstanding teamwork.

💎 Blue Diamonds had a smashing win.

💎 Sapphires delivered an absolute heart‑stopper and claimed a 7–6 win (or 6–7 😂).
🐆 Panthers stepped up in a must‑win match and dominated with a very strong 21–8 victory.
🐺 Wolves had a tough opponent and despite a loss, showed real resilience and kept their spirits high all game.
🦊 Foxes had a narrow three goal loss.

A big day of netball for our juniors!

♦️ Rubies took a well‑earned win with great teamwork and determination.
💎 Blue Diamonds pushed hard in a close loss and played some of their best netball this season.
🐆 Panthers and 🐺 Wolves faced top teams and fought hard.
🦊 Foxes won by a goal in a thriller.

And a big happy birthday to Coach Ginger, thanks for everything you bring to our club. We hope you’re feeling the love today.
