One of the most beautiful things we can be proud of as a team and family is the culture and environment we have been able to foster and create over the years.
Having a productive learning environment where you can express and be yourself throughout your Jiu Jitsu journey is what makes it so enjoyable and rewarding.
Rey has been a massive part of our club since the beginning, as a white belt and now a brown belt!
He’s contributed to our culture in his own way and is truly valued within our community.
Several years ago Rey made the transition away from corporate life to take on the challenge of a carpenter’s apprenticeship. A big transition in life like this takes courage and determination and Rey did this with his family, wife and children at the forefront of his mind.
All the while he made sure to continue his training when he could, he now takes the Sunday morning class and will also be instructing the fundamentals and competition classes this Thursday.
