Its been 4 years since I dieted and with recent life changes I needed a new focus. π©·β¨
My aim for this shred
π― Release 2-5kg body fat
π― Maintain muscle mass
π― Eat the same monday to friday prioritising cooked fresh meals no more frozen meals
π― 1600-1800kcal a day
π― Refeeds on saturdays
π― Intermittent Fasting on Sundays.
