It was a clean sweep for our Heathmont Bowlers winning the mens and ladies Eastern Ranges triples lastnight.

The teams were:
Darren Mays, Will Mays and Earl Mathison (winning it for the 3rd year in a row).
and
Louise Whitehead, Carol Protopapas and Karen Barton.

Both teams now go onto the play for a State title in April 2023 at Bendigo.

The Monters are at it again.....

Mens and Womens Eastern Ranges Bowls Region triples final is being played at Mitcham Bowls Club on Wednesday (9 Nov) at 6pm.

Will the reigning champ team of Mathison and Whorlow rule supreme again?
Come on down and watch....

Mens Triples:
Mays/Mays/Mathison (Heathmont) vs Creighton (Croydon)/Simmonds (Yarra Glen) /O'Brien (Yarra Glen)

Womens Triples:
Day (Yarra Glen)/Cullinane (Heathmont)/Whorlow (Blackburn) vs Whitehead/Protopapas/Barton (Heathmont)

Would be great to see you all there.

If not, one of the games (not sure at this stage) will be live streamed by Matts, Jacks and Balls.

Heathmont Bowls Club is running a bowls game under the "Jack Attack" format.

The game is to introduce people with little or no experience at lawn bowls to a competition which will run for approximately 6 weeks.

Registration and introduction for players is on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at 6.15pm.

Bowls are suppplied.

Play starts each following Wednesday at 6.15pm and should finish around 7.15pm.

Cost - $15 per team to enter and
$15/team/week (min 3 players)

Prize Money:
Paid to the club or charity of choice
1st place = $300
2nd place = $200
