We're so close to having a full volunteer roster for this Saturday, but we still need a few legends to help make parkrun...

We're so close to having a full volunteer roster for this Saturday, but we still need a few legends to help make parkrun happen!

We're looking for:
🦺 1 x Funnel Manager – Keep our finish funnel running smoothly. and everyone in the right order.
📍 2 x Marshals – Be our eyes and ears around the course, cheer everyone on, and help keep participants safe.
📸 1 x Photographer – Capture all the smiles, milestones, and memorable moments from the morning.
🙋 1 x Volunteer Coordinator – Help fill our future volunteer rosters and chat with anyone interested in getting involved.
🧹 1 x Post-Event Close Down (NEW role) – Give our Run Director a hand packing up and returning the equipment to storage, leaving our parkrun space just as we found it.

No experience is needed for any of these roles, and full training will be provided.

🕗 7:50am — First Timers Briefing - Bryan will be waiting to welcome all our first timers and tourists!

📢 7:55am — Main Briefing - Get yourself to the start line, listen up and get ready to go!

🏃 8:00am — Let Get Going! - 5km of running, walking, jogging, chatting, cheering and generally having a great Saturday morning!

🎯Parkrun Bingo - How many squares will YOU be able to tick off this week? First timer? Tourist? Volunteer? PB? Tail Walker? High-five someone? There are plenty of ways to play!

Thank you to our 429 participants for sharing such a beautiful morning with us. You certainly brought the good vibes and we hope you enjoyed the morning as much as we did 🙌

A big congratulations to all of our milestone achievers. Amazing effort! Well done! 🏆
