consistency, quality of always behaving or performing in a similar way.
I might not have the time, though I make sure I put in the work with 4 - 5 days of training and just finished a month of intense training at the academy and long commute to and from work.
It's my first week back at work and just so proud I've come this far with where I am at with work, studies and family life
Who would have thought that anything is possible at with the career change I have chosen. The one thing Is my fitness and lifting weights.
I always say make yourself a priority, even 3 times a week to do some sort of fitness training, it does not have to be weights, as long as you are moving Ana keeping active.
What is something that you slacked off and want to get back into, to keep active
Time to get back into it.
