still remember those times as the first female coach at the tszyu boxing gym.The looks, the doubts, the quiet whispers… but I didn’t flinch. I knew I wasn’t just fighting for myself—I was opening the door for every woman who had been told she didn’t belong.

It wasn’t easy. I had to work twice as hard to prove I deserved my place in that corner. But every drop of sweat, every challenge I faced, made me stronger.

To every person chasing a dream, keep going. Keep punching. Keep showing up. Because once you make it, you’ll inspire a whole generation to believe they can too. 🥊🔥 My son is my biggest inspiration

Yesterdays training session in a different environment— Exercise is so easily adapted to meet individual requirements there is no need to worry about a training session not being specific. We all like to train different ways in different environments. Wether it's outside in doors, use the option to mix it up.

consistency, quality of always behaving or performing in a similar way.
I might not have the time, though I make sure I put in the work with 4 - 5 days of training and just finished a month of intense training at the academy and long commute to and from work.
It's my first week back at work and just so proud I've come this far with where I am at with work, studies and family life
Who would have thought that anything is possible at with the career change I have chosen. The one thing Is my fitness and lifting weights.
I always say make yourself a priority, even 3 times a week to do some sort of fitness training, it does not have to be weights, as long as you are moving Ana keeping active.
